  • 8+ years of experience in hotel F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

  • Strong expertise in menu engineering, beverage programming, and service delivery

  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams across multiple outlets

  • Deep understanding of cost control, vendor management, and guest satisfaction metrics

  • Creative mindset with a focus on enhancing offerings and optimizing revenue
