8+ years of experience in hotel F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong expertise in menu engineering, beverage programming, and service delivery

Deep understanding of cost control, vendor management, and guest satisfaction metrics
Creative mindset with a focus on enhancing offerings and optimizing revenue
🔹 What You'll Own:
Oversight of all food and beverage outlets, including in-room dining and specialty services
Menu planning, seasonal updates, and collaboration with culinary leadership
Beverage program development, including wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic offerings
Team recruitment, training, and performance management
Budgeting, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety standards
