  • Oversee all aspects of resort operations, including rooms division, F&B, spa, wellness programs, and recreation

  • Lead and mentor department heads to ensure consistent service excellence and team engagement

  • Maintain high standards in guest experience, safety, and brand reputation

  • Collaborate with ownership on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning

  • Minimum 10–12 years of hospitality experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
