About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Reservation & Revenue Manager to join our boutique hospitality brand in Delhi. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, optimizing distribution channels, and ensuring seamless reservation management across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in hotel sales, online distribution, and revenue management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize all sales distribution channels year-round.

  • Develop rate strategies and seasonal packages to maximize revenue.

  • Upload promotions and manage inventory, tariffs, and sold-out dates on OTAs regularly.

  • Ensure daily rate parity across all platforms.

  • Build and update sales planning, analyzing hotel performance, and competitor trends.

  • Lead rate management and pricing meetings with hotel stakeholders.

  • Manage Corporate RFPs and ensure timely responses to online inquiries, bookings, and reviews.

  • Oversee social media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) for posts and guest engagement.

  • Implement dynamic pricing strategies and manage GDS systems.

  • Handle website CMS panel, booking engine, and Google Analytics integration.

  • Drive SEO (On-page & Off-page) and SEM (Google PPC, Social Media Campaigns).

  • Represent the brand at exhibitions and industry events (e.g., SATTE).

  • Collaborate with OTA partners, ensuring timely payments and strategic growth initiatives.

  • Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
