  • Lead the restaurant and coffee shop operations, ensuring seamless culinary and beverage experiences.

  • Curate and execute a modern Indian menu featuring seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.

  • Demonstrate expertise in Robata cooking techniques for live grills and signature dishes.

  • Innovate with plating, textures, and techniques while respecting Indian culinary heritage.

  • Collaborate with management on menu design, food festivals, and special events.

  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, kitchen operations, and team training.

  • Mentor junior chefs and baristas, fostering creativity and accountability.

  • Engage with guests to share the story behind dishes and enhance the dining experience.
