Role Overview
As part of the sales leadership team, you will:
Drive corporate resort sales and wedding/event sales across prime destinations.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel partners.
Lead negotiations, manage high‑value accounts, and ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.
Mentor and guide junior sales executives to achieve team goals.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 6–12 years in hospitality sales (resorts, weddings, corporate events)
Skills: Strong negotiation, client acquisition, and account management
Network: Established connections in corporate and event markets
Leadership: Ability to manage teams and drive business expansion
Flexibility: Willingness to relocate or travel across key hospitality hubs
