Role Overview

As part of the sales leadership team, you will:

  • Drive corporate resort sales and wedding/event sales across prime destinations.

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel partners.

  • Lead negotiations, manage high‑value accounts, and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless guest experiences.

  • Mentor and guide junior sales executives to achieve team goals.
     

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 6–12 years in hospitality sales (resorts, weddings, corporate events)

  • Skills: Strong negotiation, client acquisition, and account management

  • Network: Established connections in corporate and event markets

  • Leadership: Ability to manage teams and drive business expansion

  • Flexibility: Willingness to relocate or travel across key hospitality hubs
