Job Opening: Purchase Manager – 4-Star Luxury Hotel, Northwest Delhi

We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Purchase Manager to oversee procurement operations at a distinguished 4‑star luxury hotel in Northwest Delhi. The ideal candidate will combine strong vendor management skills, financial acumen, and a passion for hospitality to ensure cost‑effective purchasing and seamless supply chain operations. Candidates with wedding resort background experience will be given preference, as the property hosts large‑scale banquets and destination weddings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end procurement of goods, supplies, and equipment for hotel operations.

  • Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.

  • Ensure timely availability of quality products while optimizing costs.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with departments to forecast requirements.

  • Implement compliance with procurement policies, quality standards, and audit requirements.

  • Drive efficiency in purchase processes through technology and vendor performance reviews.

  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to align procurement with budgetary goals.

  • Source and manage vendors specifically for wedding and banquet operations (decor, catering supplies, event essentials).

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 10–12 years of progressive experience in hospitality or related procurement roles.

  • Proven track record in managing large‑scale purchasing for hotels or resorts.

  • Experience in wedding resort operations or banquet procurement preferred.

  • Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cost‑control expertise.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple supplier relationships and ensure timely delivery.

  • Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
