A boutique restaurant where Indian soul meets Mediterranean flair. We’re looking for a visionary culinary leader to shape the menu, elevate the brand, and mentor the brigade.

🍽 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development of a bold fusion menu marrying Indian spices with global techniques

  • Oversee in-house bread baking: sourdough, ciabatta, lavash, tortillas

  • Innovate seasonal dishes and elevate plating aesthetics

  • Direct kitchen operations, team leadership, and hygiene standards

  • Collaborate with management on concept growth and guest experience

You Bring

  • Expertise in Latin, Middle Eastern, or Spanish cuisines

  • Strong baking knowledge with fermentation and dough handling

  • Flair for visual presentation and culinary storytelling

  • Proven team management and creativity under pressure
