💼 Position Summary:

As the Purchase Manager, you will oversee all procurement activities across the property, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services. This role demands an individual with sharp negotiation skills, deep industry connections, and a proven background in luxury resort purchasing. You will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence by supporting every department’s sourcing needs.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives aligned with operational goals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trusted suppliers and hospitality brands.

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to achieve optimal value without compromising quality.

  • Oversee inventory levels, manage reordering processes, and reduce excess stock.

  • Ensure compliance with company standards, sustainability practices, and procurement policies.

  • Coordinate with department heads to understand purchasing needs and specifications.

  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to delivery or product quality.

🎯 Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement within luxury resorts, hotels, or hospitality groups.

  • Demonstrated experience sourcing from reputable brands in the hospitality industry.

  • Exceptional negotiation, budgeting, and vendor management skills.

  • Proficient in procurement software and inventory tracking systems.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional regional languages are a plus).

  • High integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
