💼 Position Summary:
As the Purchase Manager, you will oversee all procurement activities across the property, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services. This role demands an individual with sharp negotiation skills, deep industry connections, and a proven background in luxury resort purchasing. You will play a key role in maintaining operational excellence by supporting every department’s sourcing needs.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives aligned with operational goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with trusted suppliers and hospitality brands.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors to achieve optimal value without compromising quality.
Oversee inventory levels, manage reordering processes, and reduce excess stock.
Ensure compliance with company standards, sustainability practices, and procurement policies.
Coordinate with department heads to understand purchasing needs and specifications.
Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues related to delivery or product quality.
🎯 Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement within luxury resorts, hotels, or hospitality groups.
Demonstrated experience sourcing from reputable brands in the hospitality industry.
Exceptional negotiation, budgeting, and vendor management skills.
Proficient in procurement software and inventory tracking systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
High integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.
