Support a dynamic kitchen where bold flavors meet rustic baking. Work side-by-side with the Head Chef to ensure quality, consistency, and creativity shine through every dish.

🔧 Core Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and plating fusion dishes with Indian and global ingredients

  • Bake in-house breads and support daily dough prep

  • Maintain mise en place, hygiene, and kitchen efficiency

  • Train junior staff and uphold presentation standards

  • Contribute ideas for specials and seasonal dishes

👌 You Bring

  • Experience with Latin or Mediterranean kitchens

  • Solid baking skills (flatbreads, sourdough, etc.)

  • Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a busy setup

  • Passion for fusion cuisine and willingness to learn
