  • Cuisine Expertise: Gourmet, Artisanal, European, North African, and Progressive Indian

  • Calm, respectful, and highly cooperative

  • Open to feedback and constructive criticism

  • Pragmatic yet experimental — eager to brainstorm and implement fresh ideas

  • Business-minded — skilled at driving sales and reducing operational costs
