🏢 Workspaces Include: Society club cafés, NGCP F&B outlets, and other in-house venues

Key Responsibilities:

• Curate and set seasonal and thematic menus for all operating food & beverage outlets

• Innovate menus tailored to each outlet’s concept and clientele

• Oversee kitchen operations, food quality, hygiene, and presentation across locations

• Collaborate with café managers and service teams to deliver top-notch guest satisfaction

• Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

• Lead and mentor the kitchen brigade with efficiency and excellence

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in cafés, restaurants, or hospitality setups

• Strong menu planning and kitchen management skills

• Creative mindset with a passion for community-based dining

• Excellent team leadership, communication, and multitasking ability

• Knowledge of dietary preferences and modern culinary trends is a bonus
