Key Requirements:
10+ years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage operations
Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership role within a hotel, resort, or banquet-led property
Proven expertise in managing large-scale banquet operations and multi-outlet F&B services
Strong command over cost control, vendor negotiations, and menu engineering
Passion for team development, guest satisfaction, and brand-aligned service delivery
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with ownership and cross-functional teams
What You'll Own:
Full-spectrum oversight of all F&B operations, including banquets, restaurants, bar, and in-room dining
Strategic planning and execution of high-volume events and corporate functions

Recruitment, training, and performance management of F&B staff
