Experience Required: 12+ years in professional kitchens, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Hot & Cold Kitchen – salads, sandwiches, wraps, pizzas, pastas, continental meals

  • Menu innovation and New Product Development (NPD)

  • Team building, training, and mentoring chefs across levels

  • HACCP compliance, food safety, and hygiene management

  • Cost control, menu engineering, and operational efficiency
