We are seeking a visionary Executive Chef to lead our artisanal café kitchen and drive culinary innovation across hot and cold sections. This is a senior leadership role for a chef with proven expertise, creativity, and the ability to inspire teams.
Experience Required: 12+ years in professional kitchens, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Specialty Areas:
Hot & Cold Kitchen – salads, sandwiches, wraps, pizzas, pastas, continental meals
Menu innovation and New Product Development (NPD)
Team building, training, and mentoring chefs across levels
HACCP compliance, food safety, and hygiene management
Cost control, menu engineering, and operational efficiency
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the culinary team with vision and discipline
Curate menus that balance artisanal quality with high‑volume efficiency
Innovate seasonal offerings aligned with brand philosophy
Ensure strict adherence to HACCP and hygiene standards
Collaborate with management on strategy, catering, and brand development
