Role: Cluster Reservation Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused professional to oversee reservations across multiple properties. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless booking processes, maximize occupancy, and lead a team dedicated to delivering excellence in guest service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage reservation operations across Bikaner and Jaisalmer properties.

• Handle complex guest inquiries and group bookings with efficiency and care.

• Monitor room availability, rates, and special offers to optimize revenue.

• Coordinate closely with sales, front office, and banquet teams to align strategies.

• Train and mentor reservation executives to maintain service standards.

• Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely updates in reservation systems.

• Resolve guest queries with professionalism, ensuring satisfaction from booking to arrival.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.

• 5–7 years of experience in reservations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

• Proficiency in reservation systems, channel managers, and MS Office.

• Ability to multitask, manage teams, and perform under pressure.
