About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead operations at a distinguished 4-star luxury hotel in Northwest Delhi. Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences across rooms, dining, and banquets.
Drive revenue growth through effective sales, marketing, and business development strategies.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team to deliver exceptional service.
Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
Build strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and travel partners.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and brand standards.
Innovate guest engagement initiatives to enhance the hotel’s reputation as a premier destination.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 10–12 years of progressive experience in hospitality management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven track record in managing luxury or upscale hotels.
Strong financial acumen and operational expertise.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage large-scale events and banquets with precision.
Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
