Job Opening for Commis Bakery Pastry in Maldives for 5* Resort
As a Commis-Bakery - Pastry you will be responsible for:
Assisting in the preparation of bakery products such as bread, pastries, cakes, and desserts.
Weighing and measuring ingredients, mixing and kneading dough, and monitoring baking times.
Operating and maintaining bakery equipment and tools.
Decorating and presenting bakery products.
Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the bakery area.
Assisting in ordering and maintaining bakery supplies and inventory.
Following recipes and adhering to food safety standards.
Working collaboratively with other bakery staff to fulfill customer orders timely.
Essential Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Commis in a bakery or similar role.
Good knowledge and understanding of bakery production processes.
Ability to operate and maintain bakery equipment.
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
