Job Description
The Human Resource Manager will play a critical role in ensuring that our Urban Resort attracts, develops, and retains top talent. As the Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, policies and procedures, training and development, performance management, and benefits administration.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various positions within the Urban Resort.

  • Conduct thorough interviews, evaluate candidates, and make informed hiring decisions that align with the organization's values and culture.

  • Develop and revise policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and foster a positive work environment.

  • Support employee relations by addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on performance-related issues.

  • Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and advance their career paths.

  • Oversee the performance management process, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and feedback discussions.

  • Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and efficient communication to employees.

  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure our Urban Resort remains a competitive employer in the market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

  • Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience in human resources, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.

  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and experience in implementing HR policies and procedures.

  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse workforce.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
