Position: F&B Head QSR Experience

Responsibilities

As the F&B Head, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Food and Beverage operations at the university's various dining facilities. Your primary duties will include:

  • Overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of menu options for students, faculty, and staff.

  • Managing a team of skilled professionals to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations in compliance with the established quality standards.

  • Implementing effective cost controls while maintaining exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborating with other departments to organize and execute special events, catering services, and themed dining experiences.

  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, preferably in a managerial capacity.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a team in a fast-paced food service environment.

  • Strong understanding of current F&B trends, customer preferences, and market demands.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and inventory management.

  • Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations, food handling practices, and sanitation protocols.

  • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
