Responsibilities
As the F&B Head, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Food and Beverage operations at the university's various dining facilities. Your primary duties will include:
Overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of menu options for students, faculty, and staff.
Managing a team of skilled professionals to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations in compliance with the established quality standards.
Implementing effective cost controls while maintaining exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction.
Collaborating with other departments to organize and execute special events, catering services, and themed dining experiences.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry, preferably in a managerial capacity.
Proven track record of successfully leading and motivating a team in a fast-paced food service environment.
Strong understanding of current F&B trends, customer preferences, and market demands.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and inventory management.
Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations, food handling practices, and sanitation protocols.
A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is desirable but not mandatory.
