Role and Responsibilities:
As a Reservation Executive, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring the smooth operation of all reservation activities for our upmarket hotel. Your primary duties will include:
1. Handling reservation requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
2. Coordinating with guests, travel agents, and corporate clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
3. Maintaining a thorough knowledge of hotel services, rates, and available packages to effectively communicate and upsell to potential guests.
4. Managing room inventory and maximizing occupancy by implementing effective reservation management strategies.
5. Collaborating with various departments, including Front Office, Sales, and Housekeeping, to ensure the seamless flow of information and guest satisfaction.
6. Generating reports to track reservation trends, revenue, and other relevant metrics.
7. Resolving any booking discrepancies or guest concerns in a professional and timely manner.
8. Keeping abreast of industry trends and competition to make recommendations for improving reservation procedures and enhancing guest experience.
Qualifications and Skills:
To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
1. Proven experience working in the reservation front office at a reputable hotel.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
3. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
5. Proficiency in reservation software and MS Office applications.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in processing reservation requests.
7. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
8. Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary is Offered Between 28- 35 K Depending on current (Need Salary Slip)
