A leading hospitality service apartment company is seeking an accomplished Sales Manager to spearhead business development in Delhi. The role is based in Sundar Nagar and focuses on building strong networks with premium clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales initiatives targeting embassies, high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), and expat relocation agencies.

  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with international and elite clients.

  • Develop strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue for service apartments.

  • Manage client acquisition, negotiations, and partnership development.

  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven track record in hospitality or real estate sales.

  • Strong network and prior experience working with embassies, HNIs, and expatriates.
