Job Title: Sales Manager / Associate Director of Sales (ADOS)
Location: Corporate Office – Faridabad, Haryana

About the Role:
A growing hospitality group with a global presence across India, the UK, the UAE, and other key markets seeks a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager/ADOS to lead corporate sales efforts across a diverse portfolio of domestic and international hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive outbound sales from India for three international properties—two in the UAE and one in Jordan.

  • Build relationships with corporate clients, MICE agencies, and travel trade partners.

  • Identify new revenue streams and optimize business growth through strategic account management.

  • Collaborate with hotel-based sales teams to boost group bookings, long-stay contracts, and corporate partnerships.

  • Represent the organization at national and international sales events, trade fairs, and road shows.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance, providing valuable insights to leadership.

  • Work closely with marketing and revenue teams to align promotions and offers with sales targets.

  • Maintain brand consistency in all client and partner interactions.

Requirements:

  • 8–10 years of experience in the travel trade or hospitality industry, with strong global sales exposure.

  • Proven track record in corporate sales, handling multiple domestic and international properties.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities; proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

  • Willingness to travel extensively, including international trips when required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
