Job Title: Learning & Development Head
Location: Corporate Office – Faridabad, Haryana
About the Role:
A growing hospitality group with a global presence across India, the UK, the UAE, and other key markets is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Head to drive training initiatives across multiple properties. This strategic role will focus on employee development, talent enhancement, and skill-building programs, ensuring the highest standards of service excellence within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement comprehensive L&D programs tailored for diverse hotel teams.
Develop structured training modules for leadership, customer service, operations, and compliance.
Oversee talent development strategies to enhance employee engagement and performance.
Conduct workshops, coaching sessions, and assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs.
Collaborate with department heads to integrate learning initiatives into operational strategies.
Evaluate training effectiveness through measurable KPIs and feedback analysis.
Keep updated on global hospitality industry trends and integrate best practices into training frameworks.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in Learning & Development within the hospitality industry.
Proven track record of creating and executing impactful training programs.
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
Expertise in designing training modules for diverse teams, from entry-level to senior leadership.
Ability to drive organizational change through effective learning strategies.
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
