We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee operations across two boutique properties in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, operational excellence, and creativity to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage F&B operations across both properties.

  • Ensure guest satisfaction through high service standards and personalized experiences.

  • Oversee banquets, restaurants, bars, and in-room dining.

  • Develop and implement SOPs, cost control measures, and revenue strategies.

  • Plan and execute destination weddings, MICE events, and VIP functions.

  • Drive menu engineering, promotional offers, and F&B-centric sales strategies.

  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure smooth supply chain operations.

  • Lead, train, and motivate teams to achieve departmental goals.

  • Collaborate with senior management to align F&B operations with overall business objectives.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 7-10 years in F&B operations with leading hospitality brands.

  • Proven track record in multi-property management or large-scale F&B operations.

  • Strong expertise in banquets, weddings, and event management.

  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to balance creativity with operational efficiency.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and F&B software (Micros, IDS, Touché).
