Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and strengthen market presence. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in hospitality sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue across leisure, corporate, and group segments.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
Identify new business opportunities and expand partnerships with travel agents, corporates, and event planners.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
Represent the property at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management (MBA preferred).
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the hospitality industry.
