Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and strengthen market presence. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in hospitality sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue across leisure, corporate, and group segments.

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand partnerships with travel agents, corporates, and event planners.

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with overall business goals.

Desired Qualifications
