About the Role

We are seeking a driven and strategic Corporate Sales Manager to spearhead the hotel’s corporate sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong connections in the corporate sector, proven expertise in account management, and the ability to secure long-term partnerships that enhance revenue streams across rooms, banquets, and F&B.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement corporate sales strategies to maximize revenue.

  • Build and nurture relationships with corporate clients, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions) organizers, and travel partners.

  • Identify and secure new corporate accounts while retaining existing ones.

  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to deliver tailored corporate packages.

  • Prepare sales forecasts, client reports, and performance analysis for management.

  • Represent the hotel at corporate networking events, trade shows, and industry forums.

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospitality, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in corporate sales within luxury or upscale hotels.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to achieve ambitious corporate sales targets.

  • Knowledge of Delhi NCR corporate market will be an advantage.
