Job Opening: Corporate HR Head
We are currently seeking a Corporate HR Head for our client - a group of resorts all over India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR management, with a strong focus on corporate HR functions. This role offers a competitive annual budget of 15 lac per annum.

Position is based in Goa.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all corporate HR functions for the resort property
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Lead the recruitment process for corporate positions and ensure the selection of top-tier talent
Design and implement employee engagement and retention programs
Oversee performance management and succession planning processes

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
Proven experience as an HR leader, preferably within the hospitality industry
Strong understanding of corporate HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
