🎯 Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Architect and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals across hospitality and real estate operations

  • Lead and mentor HR teams across multiple business units, fostering agility, compliance, and service excellence

Talent Management

  • Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning

  • Drive performance management, employee engagement, and L&D programs tailored to frontline and property staff

Compensation & Benefits

  • Design and manage competitive compensation, benefits, and recognition frameworks compliant with global and local standards

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, hospitality-specific regulations, and occupational health & safety norms

Diversity & Inclusion

  • Champion DE&I initiatives to foster a fair, inclusive, and multicultural workplace

Analytics & Digital HR

  • Leverage HRIS and analytics for workforce forecasting, decision-making, and digital transformation

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

  • 10+ years of HR leadership experience in hospitality or real estate

  • Proven success in managing multi-location, service-centric, and unionized environments

  • Expertise in labor laws, HRIS platforms, and data-driven HR practices

  • Strong leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills
