Strategic HR Leadership
Architect and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals across hospitality and real estate operations
Lead and mentor HR teams across multiple business units, fostering agility, compliance, and service excellence
Talent Management
Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning
Drive performance management, employee engagement, and L&D programs tailored to frontline and property staff
Compensation & Benefits

Compliance & Safety
Ensure full compliance with labor laws, hospitality-specific regulations, and occupational health & safety norms

Qualifications & Experience

Strong leadership, communication, and strategic problem-solving skills
