Job Opening: Restaurant cum Pub Manager
Eclat Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant cum Pub Manager to join our upmarket pub in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-6 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry. Knowledge of the local market and proficiency in Tamil will be considered advantageous.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and pub

• Manage and mentor staff to ensure exceptional customer service

• Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the venue

• Monitor inventory levels and control costs to maximize profitability

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
