Role and Responsibilities

As the Director of Human Resources, your primary role will be to oversee all aspects of the university's HR operations. We believe that your background in hospitality will allow you to bring a fresh perspective to enhancing our campus environment for our dedicated faculty, staff, and students. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Develop strategies to attract and retain top-tier faculty and staff members who align with our institution's values and goals. Implement innovative recruitment techniques, leveraging your experience in the hospitality industry.
2. Employee Relations: Foster a positive work culture and build strong working relationships across the university community. Provide guidance and support to faculty and staff members, ensuring their well-being and satisfaction while adhering to relevant policies and regulations.
3. Training and Development: Design and execute comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our faculty and staff, promoting professional growth and aligning with the evolving needs of our institution.

Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and requirements:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or a relevant field.

  • Proven experience in a senior HR position, ideally within the hospitality industry.

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations in India.
