Eclat Hospitality is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage (F&B) Manager

Responsibilities
As the F&B Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance the hotel's F&B offerings and achieve revenue goals.
2. Menu Development: Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team to create enticing, well-rounded, and appealing menus that cater to a diverse range of guests.
3. Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day F&B operations, including supervising staff, ensuring efficient service delivery, maintaining food quality and safety standards, and managing inventory and costs.
4. Guest Experience: Create a warm, welcoming, and memorable dining experience for our guests, ensuring that their expectations are met and exceeded.
5. Financial Management: Prepare and manage the F&B department's annual budget, monitor expenses, and implement strategies to optimize revenue and control costs.
6. Team Leadership and Development: Train, motivate, and lead a team of dedicated F&B professionals, fostering a positive work environment that encourages career growth and ensures exceptional service standards.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in F&B management within the hospitality industry.

  • Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, and industry trends.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans to enhance F&B offerings and drive revenue growth.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach.

  • Understanding of financial management and cost control principles.

  • Familiarity with current technology systems utilized in F&B operations.

  • Relevant certifications or additional hospitality-related qualifications will be highly regarded.
