Job Description - Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the financial operations of the company

• Develop financial strategies and plans to support the company's growth objectives

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis

• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial health of the organization

• Identify and mitigate financial risks, and implement necessary controls

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes

• Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other external stakeholders

• Provide strategic financial insights to senior management and board of directors

• Stay updated with financial regulations and ensure compliance

• Supervise accounting, auditing, tax planning, and treasury functions

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

• CA mandatory.

• Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar finance leadership role

• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and financial analysis

• Strong understanding of financial management and strategy

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities

• Strong leadership and people management skills
