Eclat Hospitality is seeking HR Executive for a leading catering company in Mohali, In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the human resources department, ensuring the effective recruitment, retention, and development of our talented employees.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and strategies.

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.

  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

  • Conduct orientation programs, trainings, and workshops to enhance employee performance and engagement.

  • Handle employee relations issues, provide counseling support, and resolve grievances in a fair and timely manner.

  • Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs, develop career advancement programs, and conduct performance evaluations.
