Responsibilities:
As the Executive Chef at Club Resort, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and overseeing the entire kitchen operation. Your specific duties will include:
1. Developing innovative and enticing menus that cater to a diverse range of tastes and preferences.
2. Ensuring the highest quality of food production and maintaining consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
3. Managing food and labor costs within budgetary guidelines.
4. Recruiting, training, and supervising kitchen staff, ensuring a high level of performance and productivity.
5. Collaborating with the Food and Beverage Manager to create new dining concepts and experiences.
6. Maintaining an organized and clean kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards.
7. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and incorporating new techniques and ingredients into our menus.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
1. Proven experience working as an Executive Chef or similar role in an upscale hotel or resort setting.
2. In-depth knowledge of international cuisines and culinary techniques.
3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
