About the role:
As a Kitchen Stewarding team member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and cleanliness of our resort's kitchen facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area, adhering to health and safety regulations.

• Ensuring the proper handling and disposal of kitchen waste while managing recycling programs efficiently.

• Assisting with the unloading, organizing, and storing of supplies to maintain inventory levels.

• Collaborating with the culinary team to support their needs, including dishwashing, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing work areas.

• Providing assistance during busy periods, ensuring a prompt and efficient service delivery.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.

• A thorough understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety practices.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
