Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in housekeeping within the hospitality industry.

• Proficient in performing various housekeeping duties, including cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing guest rooms and public spaces.

• Knowledge of proper handling and usage of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and cleaning agents.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet high cleanliness and hygiene standards.

• Strong time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within established timeframes.

• Ability to be flexible and adjust quickly to changing priorities and guest requests.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with fellow team members and provide outstanding service to guests.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team, contributing to a harmonious and productive work environment.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as per business needs.

• Familiarity with eco-friendly housekeeping practices is considered a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to uphold the resort's cleanliness standards.

• Ensure all areas are properly sanitized and disinfected.

• Restock guest amenities and supplies as needed.

• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Supervisor.

• Assist with laundry and linen services, ensuring a well-stocked inventory.

• Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and hazard-free work area.

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.

• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction.

• Follow established procedures for lost and found items.

• Uphold the resort's commitment to sustainable and eco-friendly practices.
