Hiring for 4-5* Resort Properties in Maldives For Bartender

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages

Create and recommend beverage menu items to guests

Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and mixology techniques

Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner

Take and fulfill drink orders accurately and efficiently

Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked

Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding safety and sanitation

Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change

Assist in training and mentoring new bartenders

Essential Qualifications:

Hotel Management Degree/ Diploma

Candidates having Bartending Certification will be preferred

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a bartender

  • Familiarity with POS systems and cash-handling procedures

  • Ability to handle difficult situations and solve problems

  • Previous experience in a high-volume establishment

  • Excellent knowledge of various cocktails, wines, and spirits

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy
