Hiring For 4-5* Luxury Resorts in Maldives

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers' requests and take their orders

• Serve food and beverages to customers

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

• Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally

• Assist in setting up tables and arranging the dining area

• Clean and maintain dining areas, including clearing tables

• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately

• Collaborate with other team members to provide a positive dining experience

• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

Essential Qualifications:

• Hotel Management Degree / Diploma

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

• Attention to detail and customer-oriented approach

Desired Experience:

• Previous experience as a waiter, associate, or steward in the F&B industry is preferred

• Knowledge of food and beverage menu items

• Experience handling cash transactions

• Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
