Human Resource Manager

Location Faridabad

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process for hiring new employees

  • Oversee and manage employee benefits, compensation, and performance evaluation programs

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions

  • Create and update HR policies and procedures

  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital

  • Nurture a positive working environment and promote employee satisfaction and well-being

  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and opportunities for professional development

  • Conduct regular HR audits to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Proficient in HRIS and other HR software

Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources management

  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
