Responsibilities:
As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel rooms and public areas. Your primary duties will include:
Providing exceptional customer service by promptly responding to guest requests and concerns.
Making beds, changing linens, and replenishing towels and amenities.
Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, dusting furniture and surfaces, and vacuuming or sweeping floors.
Ensuring cleanliness and organization of public areas, including corridors, lobbies, and lounges.
Restocking supplies and reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
Collaborating with the housekeeping team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
A minimum of 2+ years of experience in housekeeping in a hotel or similar establishment.
Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning techniques.
