Job Opening in Morocco for Indian Restaurant - Restaurant Manager Position

We are currently looking to fill the position of Restaurant Manager for the authentic Indian restaurant located in Morocco. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant

  • Hire, train, and supervise staff members

  • Create staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels

  • Oversee food preparation and presentation

  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels

  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a managerial role

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

  • Knowledge of Indian cuisine and cultural practices is a plus

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:

  • 7000-8000 Moroccan Dirham + Food and Accommodation

  • No Service Charge or Tips
