Eclat Hospitality is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join as the Director of Sales and Marketing at a luxurious 5-star resort located in Guwahati, Assam.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue goals and enhance brand visibility.

• Leading and mentoring a high-performing sales and marketing team.

• Collaborating with the executive team to drive overall business objectives and optimize resort performance.

• Conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

• Proven track record of success in a senior sales and marketing role within the hospitality industry, preferably at a luxury resort.

• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

• In-depth understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing strategies.

• Experience with revenue management and budgeting.
