Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and meet revenue targets.

  • Identify and build relationships with potential corporate clients, including local and national corporations, business executives, and travel agencies.

  • Actively promote our business apartments, highlighting the unique features, amenities, and benefits to potential clients.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.

  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure contract agreements.

  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to explore new business opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.

  • Maintain a customer database and establish strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.

  • Attend networking events, conferences, and industry trade shows to represent the company and expand professional networks.

  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth transitions and exceptional service delivery for clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in corporate sales within the hospitality or real estate industry.
