Position: Housekeeping Manager
Location: Gir Resort, Gujarat
Gir Resort, a premier destination nestled in the heart of Gujarat, is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Housekeeping Manager to join our exceptional team. As the Housekeeping Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction are maintained throughout the resort.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

• Develop and implement cleaning procedures and guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.

• Train and supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.

• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness standards are upheld.

• Manage and monitor inventory levels, ordering necessary supplies and equipment as required.

• Collaborate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless experience.

• Address and resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.

• In-depth knowledge of housekeeping procedures and practices.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for cleanliness and hygiene.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in using housekeeping management software.

• Available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in hospitality management is a plus.
