Responsibilities:
As the Business Development Manager for Room Sales, you will be responsible for driving room revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships to increase occupancy. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve room revenue targets.
2. Identifying new business opportunities and expanding market share through targeted sales efforts.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and other key stakeholders.
4. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and capitalize on market opportunities.
5. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and increase brand visibility.
6. Monitoring and analyzing sales data, generating reports, and presenting findings to senior management.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
2. Strong knowledge of the Mumbai market and current industry trends.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
4. Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
