As we continue to grow and expand, we are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of all cafe activities, including dining services, customer relations, staff management, inventory control, and financial performance
Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to elevate their performance
Collaborate with chefs to create a dynamic menu that reflects our commitment to quality and showcases culinary expertise
Develop and implement standard operating procedures to maintain consistency in service delivery and ensure an exceptional guest experience
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships to ensure availability of high-quality ingredients
Conduct regular inspections to maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and adherence to safety regulations
Engage with customers, address their concerns, and ensure their satisfaction by consistently exceeding their expectations
Analyze financial data, prepare budgets, and manage restaurant expenses to maximize profitability
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and local market demands to identify opportunities for growth
Requirements
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the food and beverage industry
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service standards, and health and safety regulations
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, staff, and vendors
Proficient in using computer systems and restaurant software for managing reservations, inventory, and financials
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and make efficient decisions for the benefit of the establishment
