Eclat Hospitality currently seeking a talented Chef de Partie with expertise in Dimsum to join our Client at one of the prominent Asian cuisine restaurants in Mumbai.
Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of Dimsum dishes according to the restaurant's recipes and standards.
Ensure the proper production, execution, and presentation of Dimsum items in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine new Dimsum recipes and concepts.
Supervise and train junior members of the kitchen staff.
Monitor and ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist in inventory management and control.
Requirements:
Proven experience working as a Dimsum Chef or Chef de Partie in a reputable Asian cuisine restaurant.
In-depth knowledge of Dimsum culinary techniques, ingredients, and presentation.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards.
Excellent attention to detail to ensure consistency and quality.
Ability to manage time effectively and handle high-pressure situations.
