Position Overview:
As a Butler, you will work closely with our esteemed guests, attending to their every need with the utmost care and professionalism. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized service and make their stay truly memorable. You will cater to the unique preferences and requirements of each guest, including arranging dining reservations, coordinating transport, and ensuring a first-class experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm and personalized welcome.

  • Supervise the guest's personal itinerary, ensuring all requests are met promptly.

  • Assist in unpacking and packing luggage, ensuring items are handled with care.

  • Coordinate and arrange dining reservations, spa appointments, and other services.

  • Act as a point of contact for guests and liaise with other departments to fulfill guest requests.

  • Prepare and maintain guest villas to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and comfort.

  • Provide discreet and efficient room service and anticipate guest's needs.

  • Offer detailed information about resort amenities, activities, and local attractions.

  • Attend to any special requests, such as organizing special occasions or surprises.

  • Maintain constant communication and build relationships with guests to ensure their satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Butler or in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with guests.

  • Impeccable grooming and presentation.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

  • A passion for delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Discretion and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
