Job Role:

• Assist in managing the daily operations of the Housekeeping department

• Support the team in delivering excellent customer service

• Take orders from guests and serve food and beverages in accordance with established quality and presentation standards

• Assist in opening and closing duties of the restaurant/bar

• Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area

• Handle cash and process payments accurately

• Assist in inventory management and stock control

Essential Qualifications

• Must be currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree/diploma in Hospitality or a related field

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities

• Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
