Job Opening for 5* Hotel in Newzealand For a Front Office Associate

Eclat Hospitality is currently seeking a Front Office Associate to join the team at hotel in New Zealand. As a Front Office Associate, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience during their stay.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

  • Check guests in and out of the hotel

  • Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and effectively

  • Assist guests with information about local attractions and activities

  • Process payments and maintain guest records accurately

  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

  • Handle phone calls and reservations with attention to detail

  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in basic computer skills

  • Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts as needed

Compensation:

  • Salary: $29 per hour (NZD)

  • Weekly 30 hrs
