Eclat Hospitality is currently seeking a Front Office Associate to join the team at hotel in New Zealand. As a Front Office Associate, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience during their stay.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Check guests in and out of the hotel
Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and effectively
Assist guests with information about local attractions and activities
Process payments and maintain guest records accurately
Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Handle phone calls and reservations with attention to detail
Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in basic computer skills
Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts as needed
Compensation:
Salary: $29 per hour (NZD)
Weekly 30 hrs
