Eclat Hospitality is currently seeking a Purchase Store Manager for a Popular F&B Brand in Jalandhar We are looking for a dedicated individual with a proven track record in the hospitality industry, specifically with experience in Large Turnover properties

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the purchase of goods for the Restaurant, Banquets

• Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation

• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers

• Implement cost-efficient purchasing strategies

• Collaborate with other departments to meet operational needs

Requirements:

• Minimum 8-9 years of experience in a Large Bulk Cooking Banquets or Restaurants setting

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Proficiency in inventory management systems

• Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of local and international suppliers
